This story reminded me of Topper and his ghostly friends from the 1950s. The premise is interesting - remodeling a Victorian mansion into a B & B almost 80 years after the Farnsworths were killed in an auto accident in 1926.

But the development of the plot just didn’t happen, the dialogue frequently made no sense and the Russian and Polish accents were ridiculous. But the non-cherry on top of a story that had potential is the lack of basic editing. – typos, spelling errors, name changes, accents to hide grammar, etc., etc., etc.
