This serial is kind of meh. It is well written and decently paced, but as short as the story is, I didn't really get a chance to connect or become invested enough in any of the characters. I just felt like even for a series novella, it should have been a tad longer. This was more of a personal preference, though. If you are fan of novellas, give these a try.
