This has been such an addictive series, and this is easily the steamiest, most captivating installment yet. It's dark, sexy, and steamy with a little taboo (professor/student relationship). Mia's had a hard life, and she hasn't always made the best decisions, but it's so hard to step away from her life. I loved how the story started, slowly ramping up to where I thought my kindle was going to start smoking. Although there were some (really) dark moments, the story overall will keep your attention and make it difficult to set down. (But do check the triggers on the author's site). Mia is back and things are steamier and more tangled than ever. If you've read books one and two, you know just how strange her life has been, and what her mother is like. In this installment, we meet her brother-in-law...and a very sexy new step-brother. I won't spoil anything, but let's just say Mia has some interesting and difficult decisions to make. This book is just as full of drama and steam as I was expecting, and it's only made me fall in love with Mia more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their next sexy read.… (mehr)

First - read book one, or you'll feel a little lost going into this book. Mia is back, and things have taken a turn for the worst. A surprise arranged marriage, a murder trial, and a promiscuous past that Mia now has to face down in her new life. Watching Mia navigate all these obstacles and changes was captivating, and although this is a full length novel, I just couldn't put it down and read it faster than I planned.
