Equals parts ontology and etymology; the meticulous confluence of all things metaphysical and philosophical that attempts to explain everything and ultimately nothing based on a gratuitously violent anti-hero sci-fi Hollywood flick. The book sifts through sexism and śūnyatā, ruminates on reality and racism, and mulls over mythology and materialism. Even Einstein and existentialism make an appearance. Overall this is a good book to fill in the gaps in the movie, understand the philosophy behind each character’s actions, and provides mental philosophical exercises for each reader to ponder.… (mehr)
