Favorite: Hope on the Vine by R.E. Dukalsky. What it says on the tin, it's about hope. And it's lovely.

Like most anthologies, I found it a bit of a curate's egg; some stories I disliked, others I liked. On the whole the collection was an enjoyable read.

There are so many stories that it is hard to read them all straight off and I found myself reading a few then taking a break and reading other things before returning to this volume. That's my excuse for submitting this rather late review!
There are some real gems in this collection. The general standard is very high with many of the tales having unpredictable twists and turns.
I can certainly recommend this book as a must-read for fans of the genre.… (mehr)
