I listened to the audio version of this book. As soon as I started, I was captivated by every story featured in this collection. In fact, I finished the whole audio book in one sitting.

Each story was tragic, but it was the investigations of how the killers were captured that I was most drawn towards. The way that the police and the victims' families never stopped finding justice was inspiring.

In some of the cases, they happened so long ago that the technology was not there like it is today. So, to see cool to see how the advances in technology really was a game changer. As a true crime fan, I will be checking out more of these books.… (mehr)

It's rare for a true crime book, about various types of real-life crimes/murders to have a warning about the content in the book, due to the graphic nature of the crimes and specific details related to various types of crimes/murders so I appreciate that, as a reader of true crime.

If you're British or live in England then you will already know who 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐧 is, he used the Become a Living God Occultist forum, he wanted to become rich/win the lottery & thought by creating a pact with a demon, that he could achieve that.
You don't automatically get given exactly what you want for free, you have to work hard to actually earn what you asked for as part of a pact with a demon, that's how it works.
Creating a pact with a demon is a contract that they takes seriously, there will be consequences if you don't fulfill your part of the pact/contract.
You have to prove your respect, loyalty, devotion, & faith in the demon.
As part of his pact, that was written in his own blood, he intended to murder a lot of women, to earn the favour of the demon he made a pact with.
He is a murderer and he is delusional.
Other than two women being sadistically murdered, in a premeditated plan by Danyal Hussein their murders, were treated as trivial by two male Police officers that had the ghoulish audacity to take photographs of the two murdered women and shared the photos with colleagues & friends, the lack of respect, empathy, compassion it's absolutely disgusting.

𝐄𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐫 was a innocent, naive 15-years old girl, she was befriended by three boys-(Royce Casey, Jacob Delashmutt & Joseph Fiorella) that were aged between 14-16 years old & weren't really her friends, they had sinister intentions and a premeditated plan to sacrifice her to Satan.
She was a virgin, they thought she was the epitome of purity/innocence & looked like the Virgin Mary so they thought she would make the perfect sacrifice to Satan.
Joseph Fiorella was obsessed with Elyse and he wanted to rape her and they were all obsessed with Satanism.
They attempted to kill Elyse when one of the boys pretended to fall and supposedly hurt himself & the boys were passing a knife between them, one of the boys was encouraging the other boys to kill Elyse but they lack the conviction or courage to go ahead with their plan.
Elyse didn't report it because she just thought that the boys were joking, but they were biding their time & building up enough courage to go ahead with their sick, perverted premeditated plan.
On their second attempt, Elyse was strangled with a belt & then stabbed to death, then the boys all took their turn to rape Elyse's corpse.
They left her in a Eucalyptus Grove, but returned to the crime scene to brag and show off to their friends what they had done & continued to have sex with her corpse while her family members and the Police were looking for her.
It's fucking disgusting that they bragged about what they did, and showed their friends like they thought it was funny.
It is a cruel, sadistic, depraved crime/murder,the rape and desecration oh her corpse is vile and it makes me feel sick that anyone is capable of this type of warped thinking and behaviour.
They didn't feel any empathy, compassion remorse, shame, guilt, it's just nothing special to them like what they did is just trivial, mundane or ordinary.
Nothing about this sadistic, depraved, cruel murder perpetrated by three boys was Satanic, it's just premeditated murder.
They blamed the metal band Slayer for supposedly influencing them to commit this sadistic murder, but they they had nothing to do with the murder, and shouldn't be held accountable for emotionally, mentally, psychologically damaged/disturbed people that are a fan of their music committing incomprehensible sadistic crimes/murders.
Slayer are Catholic and don't even believe that Satan or demons are even real.
They murdered Elyse because they believed it would help their band Hatred become famous or popular.
They originally blamed the Metal band Slayer for supposedly influencing them with their music, but then later admitted that they murdered Elyse because Joseph Fiorella was obsessed with her.

𝐁.𝐓.𝐊 - (𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐝. 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. 𝐊𝐢𝐥𝐥)
A lone serial killer in Wichita, Kansas was stalking and preying on women, but unfortunately two of his victims were a nine year old boy and a eleven year old girl that was unfortunately found partially naked and tied to a sewer pipe in the basement.
The murder of this female child, disturbed Police officers and it was mentioned in a documentary about the B.T.K serial killer.
One victim survived and he notified the Police of what happened to him.
He is a married, family man with children, there is a book his daughter wrote about being the child of a serial killer & there is a character based on him in the Netflix series 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.
He was caught due to him using a floppy disc which was traceable and it had the location of the Church he attended and worked at, which lead to him finally being arrested.

𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫:
𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 is a callous, merticulus Alaska serial killer that had a girlfriend and a daughter but he raped & murdered women & he also murdered some children.
There are unsolved crimes/murders that Israel Keyes was suspected of, but it wasn't confirmed if he did murder the victims that died, or disappeared in suspicious circumstances.
His methodology was years worth of planning set in motion, he had multiple "𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐬" buried to various places, he was emotionless, when he was questioned by the Police or FBI and he even seemed friendly and someone you could have a laugh with, on the surface he appeared to be ordinary, but in reality he was a sadistic monster.
He eventually committed suicide while he was in prison.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐯: 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐨-
A disturbing Russian serial killer known as "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐯" or the "𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐯 𝐑𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫" that preyed on women and children, there are a few books about him and a films based on him & his crimes.
He lived in Russia at the time there was famine so people resorted to murdering their children and cannibalizing them, which is disturbing, sick and disgusting.
Child 44 & The Red Ripper books about Andrei Chikatilo are accurate and informative books if you want to read about this creepy and disturbing Russian serial killer.

𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫:
The Green River serial killer-Gary Ridgway was a married man that had children, sometimes he brought his son with him to gain sympathy from his female victims, before he murdered them.
It's not unusual for some serial killers that have a lower intelligence, but it's unusual for a serial killer to be dyslexic.
Ted Bundy helped the FBI to catch The Green River KIller, since it takes a killer to know a killer.

𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐤:
A man buried women in the ground up to their neck's and they were facing his house as part of his ritualistic method of murder so it would give him more power, or so he believed.
He was practicing witchcraft and a lot of women seeked his help for various purposes, but he exploited them and they were murdered.

𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐞:
The person that committed the disturbing crime, that s obsessed with the horror film Warlock that the late Julian Sands was in is delusional, a paranoid schizophrenic that had auditory hallucinations that he believed were spirits telling him to kill people.
Unfortunately his victim was a innocent 7 -year old child, the murder was barbaric, cruel, sadistic and unnecessary.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫:
This particular crime is not Satanic but it reminds me of the murder of a nun in a church that was unsolved and it was also ritualistic but not necessarily Satanic.
Nothing about this crime is Satanic, but the ritualistic aspect of how the victim was posed maybe symbolic or metaphorical in it's meaning.
Sadly no one will ever find out the truth, because the man responsible for this bizarre, inexplicable murder, committed suicide before he could be arrested.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭:
The RLDS seems like a fanatical, controlling cult that would brainwash their so-called "𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬" it sounds like cult to me.
The person in charge of the cult or sect was a "𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭"
Fearmongering, asking for monetary donations, and if they are supposedly "𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡" then they won't go to hell.
Since i'm not religious but i'm a spiritual person since spirituality & religion are totally different and separate, I have absolutely no idea who/what 𝐙𝐢𝐨𝐧 is 😕
Some Mormons are murderers, you're not God's "𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬" if you are a murderer or serial killer.
Speak is restricted, they don't want anyone thinking for themselves & forming their own opinion.

The murderer is a predatory peadophile a erotomaniac and a murderer of a child, he attempted to murder Diego's relative, they were able to recover from their injuries.

Leonarda Cianciulli turned her victims into soap and teacakes that she served to her guests, which is absolutely disgusting.
13 of her 17 children died and that isn't supposed to be considered suspicious? 😕
Leonarda believed if she sacrificed people during rituals that it would ensure the safety of her favourite son Giuseppe while he was in the Italian Army. She was very protective of him, so she was willing to do whatever it took to protect her son.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡:
Sean sellers us a murderer, he literally shot a man in the face so I don't understand how he can claim that he is innocent in any way at all.
His connection to Satanism is never explained, so I don't believe that he is a actual Satanist just a "𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭"
Nothing about any crimes he committed is Satanic at all.

𝐀 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐬:
𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐤𝐢𝐧 was a Russian serial killer, he is known as "𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫" because he wanted to kill 64 people but he didn't quite achieve the number of victims he wanted to kill.

𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧-A baker & experienced hunter in Anchorage, Alaska & he was known as the "𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫-𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫" his modus operandi was: inviting women, usually sex workers into his car, sexually assaulting them at gunpoint, then flying himself & his victims to a remote & secluded cabin, where he tied them up tortured, raped the victims.
He let the victims go in the forested area but they were literally running for their lives, while Robert Hansen literally hunted them like they are prey. 17+ victims over a 12 year period, so he is a serial killer.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 & 𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:
There are well-known and maybe to some people some lesser-known murderers & serial killers mentioned in this book. Some of the murderer and serial killers murdered children, which is sad, disturbing and disgusting.
Some of the worst serial killers mentioned in this book (in my opinion) are the killers of Elyse Pahler, Danyal Hussein, The Butcher of Rostov, B.T.K, The Green River KIller, Israel Keyes, Leonarda Cianciulli (the soapmaker of Correggio) & Robert Hansen.
True crime books are not for everyone so don't force yourself to read any true crime books if it makes you feel uncomfortable, disgusted, or offended while reading them.
I liked that this eBook included real testimony from the serial killers, statements from the victims, court case information and other relevant information related to the serial killers, or the crime(s)/murder(s)
It was interesting to read and I will read more books the author has written.
I recommend this eBook, if you like reading true crime eBooks.

While most of the cases presented in this work are from the US, there are appearances from Canada, the UK, and even Australia.

The killers are not all solo acts, there are partnerships, couples, and even a team. It seems nothing brings some people together like murder. Conversely, nothing seems to rip those same loyalties to shreds like getting caught. The result of so many different perpetrators is an immense cross section of the population meeting an untimely demise, usually in an equally unpleasant manner.

Some of the cases are just individual murders committed out of jealously or rage, while others seem more like spree killings or just killing for any reason. Of course what would any collection of true crime murders be without the serial killers making their appearances. And this collection is no different. We have not just serial killers, but even serial killing couples.

This is not a bad book, it is also not a great book. It is an average book. The author has done a good job of providing variety and giving an efficient and effective overview of the cases included. I do not like the promised "bonuses" requiring that I hand over my email in order to access them. While I appreciate the needed marketing, it seems a little much to me.
