I first read this years ago and I have loved it ever since. Some of the material is a little dated--it has a definite aura of 60s hippie culture about it--but the combination of quirky humor, whimsical suggestions and descriptions (from the authors' strange, grass-smoking friend Ernie, of course!), and the serious underlying message make it a fantastic read anyhow.

Yeah, I have two copies, so sue me.
