Surprisingly sensual for a book written in 1984, this book follows the travails of Kaler O'Connell as he comes out prison. No one will talk to him but the pretty and o so sweet Beth Rasmussen takes an interested and naturally they fall in love. It's an intense romance with Kaler feeling she is the only woman on the planet for him.

I have it in my keeper pile and haven't reread it in years, but reading it now I know why I put it there and will reread it again in another 5 years or so...
