This book was nothing like I expected. I honestly think it fell short on quite a few areas. I love stories where women find themselves and do something about their weight or health to make a change for the better. I wanted to like Lacey but I could not. I understand self-esteem problems but this one was too much for me. Nothing like I expected and I am really excited that I did not purchase this book instead I received it free on Amazon.
