What a fun resource! This is a bright and cheery cookbook with recipes from many nations. The recipe countries are ordered alphabetically and have lovely illustrations next to each one. The recipes are both sweet and savory and all look like ones that you would want to try. Can't wait to cook these with my kids!

I have never reviewed a cookbook before. But I have tried 2 recipes so far from two countries. I like to be able to refer to a recipe when cooking a new dish. Even though as a pescatarian I substitute somethings this cookbook is very plant based friendly. I do add my own seasonings and spices not mentioned in the recipes because my cultural palette is different but thats what makes it your own.

This wonderful cookbook provides simple recipes from 40 different countries! Large attractive photos of the dish, a list of ingredients and easy-to-understand directions make this a must have for your kitchen.
