This is a wonderful book, both as a collection of knitting patterns and as a picture book of those patterns. It also shows some lovely art work pieces that go with Ms. Potter's work and parts of the countryside that she based her stories in, i.e. where she lived. I've made a couple of these patterns and they work out beautifully, if you do your swatches first. I had to start one over because I got excited by the beauty of the pattern and waded straight into it.

Beatrix Potter fans will love this.
