This book starts a new story arc. The characters all now work for the Church investigating supernatural events. Sarah, David, and Father Janosch go on a mission to find out more information about a supposedly possessed priest at a large church. I didn't enjoy this as much as the previous three books. Sarah was a complete annoyance; she was pushy, rude, and self-centred. Somehow I don't remember her that way. Otherwise, the story was good. This book took me for a scary ride! Stayed up late last night finishing the book around one in the morning as it escalated from halfway into the book till the end!

The book is about a woman that attends her fathers funeral and goes back home to the house where she grew up. Her and her family arrive at the home and decided to stay there for a little while.

What she doesn't know is that the house has entities, plus a demonic one that rules the house and property. The storyline and characters grab you from the get go and doesn't let you go till the last page.

I hadn't read this author before, but if the other books are like this one, then I have some more scary reads to look forward to in the future! Five stars for this one!… (mehr)
