I confess, slipcovering a full-sized sofa is on my Bucket List and has been since I was about 20. I'm a LOT older than that now and while I've covered seat cushions and back cushions on a couple of occasions, I've not yet tackled the whole enchilada. This book has been in my library for a few years - unused and occasionally forgotten, which is why I sometimes turn up an extra copy on my shelves because it looks so good I just keep buying it at Half-Price Books. This how-to book is very detailed and loaded with excellent color photos of very tailored snug-fitting clothing for upholstered furniture. Really now, doesn't every chair or sofa just need a change of outerwear once in a while? Oh yes, and wonder of wonders, this book lacks even a single example of the sheet-with-corner-ties type of cover.… (mehr)
