This is an informational book about loin cubs. There are only a few words on each page. The book talks about the different things that lion cubs can do. I would use this book with kindergarten students or with below grade level first grades in a small group setting. The book is full of realist photos that might help young readers learn about the topic and also read the words on the page. Since this book can be found on getepic, students can click on words to hear them.
