Well laid out.

This book gives you the building blocks to change how you view life and productivity. If you are a master procrastinator like me this will be a great read. But you will have to follow it with actually action.

This ebook is extremely short; only about fourteen pages. It begins by outlining all the problems that come with stress, anger, bitterness, and so on. I agree that it would be good to get rid of them where possible.

However, when I got to the author’s ‘technique’, there was nothing new about it. Essentially he tells people to ask themselves if they can let go, and then to do so. Perhaps this is useful to those who are caught up in negativity and haven’t realised what they’re doing, but it seemed rather obvious.

Having said that, he proposes asking oneself three questions daily. Perhaps this might help people accept that they don’t have to hold onto negativity. There’s nothing wrong with the book; it’s not badly written, and is quite interesting as a quick read. But it's the length of an essay, not a book, and offers nothing particularly original or new.
