Ella and Cade have a fast and heavy relationship. Cade goes through a lot and ends up being taken in by his uncle along with is cousin (from a different uncle) and during a get together with a family friend’s family he sees Ella outside on her balcony and the story starts. Ella is meant to be the perfect daughter who will take over her fathers business even though that’s not what they want to. They end up having a falling out and this story is all about what really happened and them coming back together durning their school’s traditional night for the hockey team and cheerleaders. I really didn’t like all the flashback and jumping forward, but was necessary. Can’t wait to read the next book!… (mehr)

This follows Darla and Zeno. We meet Darla in Trapped with you. I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t see Darla’s grwoth from high school to adulthood. As this is a standalone i understand why it wasnt included in the beginning. I did love the BDSM aspects added into this. Zeno is a man one would love to hate but also hate to love depending on the side you got of him. I love how Darla continued to show strength throughout thIs book that she showed in the first book. Zeno knew what he wanted and went after it. Yes he didnt expect the woman they provided info on as a possible match for him to be someone he already knew but he saw it as the opportunity needed to get wht he ultimately wanted.… (mehr)
