This is an early reader. We bought this for our six year old and the first time she picked it up she read the entire thing herself. It is a great book for little girls. Of course it is about Barbie, so Ken is in the book. She also talks bout her clothes and shoes and at the end she finds the shoe that is missing form her closet.
