I love this book! It was one of my first books and I still own it. I actually just read it the other day to my husband! What could be better than a mouse moving into a dollhouse with his friend? And the owners of the dollhouse actually LIKE the mice and feed them? It's illustrated with photographs, no drawings. That's one of the best things about this book.

I really enjoyed this book. I would use this book as a mentor text for my classroom. It addresses proper nouns like the countries, bolded numbers, ellipsis, and consonance with naming the kinds of animals on the bus.
