Happy to claim Dan Piraro as a friend from his Dallas days. A few months before publication, Dan showed me two possible covers for this book and asked which I preferred. I don't remember what the other one was, but when I saw the "Warning! Everything on these premises is covered with cat hair" panel I laughed pretty hard. I'm not saying my response swayed him to choose this as the cover art, but I'll always hope I had some small role in this book's production.

There isn't much you can say about Dan Piraro and his Bizarro comic strip except that you must read it. Bizarro is right up there with The Far Side as some of the funniest one-panel comics you will ever read. That's it. Review done. Go and read it already.
