Excellent resource to demonstrate to children the utility of learning fundamental math skills. My eldest child internalized the message that "math will allow me to do cool things" and that helped fuel his interest in the subject, even though he was much younger than the target age for the course. He didn't need to understand every lesson 100% because the goal I had in mind was simply to broaden his perception about what "mathematics" could be useful for.

I now intend to expose my second child to the course, and have the eldest one take it again, now that he's old enough to comprehend all the lessons.

The Cars' characters are celebrating Christmas.

Because Nemo has a weak fin, his dad, Marlin, worries about him and tries to look after the little clownfish. He even follows Nemo when he goes on a class trip with the other fish in his school. Nemo is embarrassed and, on a dare, swims to an anchored boat where he is caught in a net.

Marlin races after the boat, but it was too fast. He looks for someone to help; finally, he meets Dory, who tries to help find Nemo. But Bruce the great white shark has other ideas.

Nemo ends up in a fish tank in a dentist’s office in Sydney. Will Marlin and Dory find the little clownfish and rescue him before the diver who captured him gives him away to his niece?

Part of the Disney Moviebook Library, “Finding Nemo” is part of the collection of storybooks for young readers that feature popular Disney and Pixar film characters.

Young readers can follow Nemo’s adventure as Marlin and Dory search for him. This is sure to become a favorite story for the whole family.

A delightful story of a little clownfish on a big adventure.

The Good Dinosaur is a humorous and exciting original story about Arlo, a lively Apatosaurus with a big heart.

Nemo loves school! He plays algae in the middle with Tad, Pearl, and Sheldon. He plays the conch shell in music class. With Mr. Ray’s help, he tells his schoolmates about living in an anemone. At lunch, he trades his kelp sandwich for algae pizza.

Nemo is surprised when Dory comes to teach the class how to speak whale, but Nemo has his own surprise with his show-and-tell. And then, school is over for the day and Nemo’s dad comes to get Nemo.

Nemo is so excited about going to school he cannot wait to go back tomorrow.

The “Finding Nemo” film serves as the basis for this book; young readers, ages two through seven, preschool through second grade, are the target audience for this fishy tale. Filled with characters the young reader is sure to recognize, the charming Nemo-shaped book tells a story that highlights the relationship between child and father as it gives the details of Nemo’s exciting day at school.

Colorful illustrations and a sweet story combine to offer young children a delightful, attention-keeping tale that encourages the child to share his or her own school experiences.
