A lot of good info. Recipes are logical and easy to follow.

I was excited to be awarded this book, but found the recipes to be less than inspiring. The book might be better suited to someone who is just starting out on their own rather than someone who has been cooking for complicated diets for many years. The pictures are done well, adding a nice visual component to the text.

A great cookbook filled with many truly yummy recipes. I really enjoyed the bonus info on raising chickens.

The Egg Cookbook provides a great variety of recipes; something for every meal. The information on chickens: breeds, egg specifics, things to consider if planning to own, was interesting even; if like me, your attitude is, "Not in my backyard".
