Craig Robertson was born on April 22, 1962 in England. He is the author of Random, Snapshot, Cold Grave, The Last Refuge, Witness to the Dead and Murderabilia. He started out as a journalist with a Scottish Sunday newspaper. Here’s the elevator pitch for Craig Robertson’s The Forever Life: Jupiter is about to be knocked out of its orbit and collide with Earth in less than a century. So we have to move. Build ark ships to get a few of us off in time. Send out exploratory probes. Jon Ryan, a fighter pilot who should be played by a young Tom Cruise, is uploaded into a long-lived android body. Forget the nonstandard caps. There is a voice interface, but he has to type coordinates. Why not? Who cares?
None of what happens in this book makes a lick of sense—two stars.

Kinda a silky sci-fi.
Reminded me of The Hitch Hikers Guide to The Galaxy” writing style and story.
Not really my kind of sci-fi but that said, I think I will order the next in the series😊
