Hans Rollmann

He was born and grew up in Germany but received most of his education in the United States. B.A. at Pepperdine University, 1972; M.A. at Vanderbilt University, 1974 and Canada (Ph.D., McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, 1979). After teaching Religious Studies at the University of Toronto, in 1981 he joined the faculty of Memorial University in St. John’s. Besides teaching courses in modern Christian thought and history, he has researched and published widely in the areas of the history of biblical scholarship, nineteenth-century American church history, and the religious history of Newfoundland and Labrador.
