Great sewing ideas for the home. I use this book for Palladian Window treatment ideas. There are so many things we like to change in our home to keep it fresh and interesting.

This is one of many books I keep handy in my library. I use it as a reference.
When working with different fabrics types its best you handle one fabric type in a different manner from another fabric type. If you want to get a more professional looking end result. This book proves to do just that.

Very easy to understand, terms used in quilting and all the essentials are explained, along with putting the quilt together.....great for any beginner.

Detailed beginning quilting instructions including strip piecing techniques along with fabulous photography make this an excellent reference book for beginning quilters.

This book covers almost every sewing project imaginable using step-by-step photos with instructions. The instructions are thorough and the photos are good quality. The fabrics, styles, and designs in the photos seem dated despite the somewhat current copyright. However, the instructions are for standard sewing techniques, which never seem to become outdated. I would recommend purchasing this book if you are a beginner. It would be a great reference book to keep near the sewing machine.
