There is the basic three part plan:Coming Clean, The Five Day Plan and Healthy Habits For Life. For those of us that like to know why, there is a chapter explanation of metabolic detox principles. There are thorough discussions of cleansing protein, vegetables and fruits. Nikki gives us encouragement, notes, recipes and so much more. It covers many facets of achieving and maintaining wellness. She even suggests ways to detox our lifestyle.
