BJ Sheppard

This story is as heartbreaking as it is beautiful. Memory loss is a very scary thing, and I can't even imagine what it would be like to have the man you love and intend to marry suddenly forget significant parts of your shared life. This is the situation Ryan faces and while I can't say what happened or what the consequences are without a giant spoiler, what I can say that his story made me cry before it got better.

In an interesting set of flashbacks that confused the heck out of me, BJ Sheppard manages to tell a fascinating story about two lovers who have to overcome more adversity than most. If you like riddles, if you don't mind a complex, nonlinear way of reading a story, and if you're looking for a read that might just break your heart before making you sigh in relief, then you will probably like this novella.… (mehr)
