Mary L. Sherwood

I read this last year when it was current. This book is a true sequel of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, keeping to the original characters personalities in ll ways, and that is a rare find as most are adaptations (many of them very bad at that). It is done in three volumes. Volume 2 has just been released and is on my bedside table to begin next. I look forward to eventually owning all three books. The only negative thing I can say is that it doesn't come in hardback. What a pity, because this one is worth it.… (mehr)
