It was a quick read and a good romance. The chemistry between the characters was great. I found it a little odd, how the premise of the book is that Warrick is out to buy Raina's spa to both expand his business and get back at her. You could tell that he was heavily conflicted by both his personal dislike and attraction for her, but I never got the feeling that he was out to get her.

With the way Raina was reacting, I was expecting there to be some diabolical plan set out for him to snatch her land and humiliate her in the process and I didn't get that. I also feel like the week Raina gave Warrick to court her for her space was rushed. There were some great opportunities there that were missed in my opinion. Other than that, this was a solid story and Maureen didn't disappoint.… (mehr)

There is a thin line between love and hate and i guess this is what the book's message is all about. Tamara and Victor is known to the hospital to be not in good term and they fight against each others for anything and everything to the extent that they were nicknamed as "bickerson'. Unknown to them, the arguments between them has ignited attraction between them which both of them has desperately trying to denied.

I like reading such a story book.. it is full of fun reading about the argument between them and to read about them reconcile and finally admitting their love to each other is just so heartwarming. ;) But, the conflict which the author tried to insert into the relationship are too fast to be resolved and i would appreciate, as a reader, to read about how Victor trying to solve the matter without having to choose between Tamara and his mother.… (mehr)
