I love history and I thought this would be an entertaining look at heroes throughout history. I was so wrong. This made history very boring. I barely made it through this book. I've read other Complete Idiot's Guide books and I enjoyed them... but this one was not for me.

The entire last chapter on New Age Philosophy was surely included as a tongue-in-cheek joke. Skimmable.… (mehr)
