This is an informative and helpful book if you are interested in incorporating apple cider vinegar into your daily lifestyle. While it does illustrate many pros and cons, I would have liked to have had a bibliography of sorts to be able to read the articles/books myself. Even so, this book provides a wealth of knowledge for those trying to separate fact from fiction.

it was good ebook, it was short but I enjoyed it. learned new couple things I can use for health beauty. I would def get my friends who enjoy healthy remedies.
