Distilled in Oregon: A History & Guide with Cocktail… von Scott Stursa
A book by a local author (didn't realize this until I got the the bio at the end!), Distilled in Oregon provides a nice overview of liquor history in the state of Oregon, and a self-admittedly out-of-date summary of distilleries that have existed or currently operate today. The author is occasionally cheeky, and the history is well researched (seems to be deep dives of IRS and tax records, then extrapolation from cents/gallon tax for gallons produced).
