I got this book soon after I was fired by a church as their pastor (for being separated from my wife). I am not sure I would have made it through those difficult days without this book. It gave me permission to feel my anger, express my anger, and even use my anger.

i am in a much better place now, thanks to this book.

A very good book on an often overlooked subject. Good ideas here, but the constant repetition that this wasn't "negative or dark magick" got a bit old. I did enjoy the book (could read it cover to cover) and the ideas for exercises were quite useful. Recommended!
