i really should have read previous reviews of this one. It's almost like a non hooker version of pretty woman and ewww with the "Let me wear your panties" comments from Xander! The whole story is kind of disjointed and Marisa's inner dialogue is beyond ridiculous!
So, I got through 44% of this book and was so aggravated I had to stop. I didn't care for the writing style of Tork at all. Every paragraph has some snarky, italicised, inner dialogue. Le Sigh!
I am not knocking the book, because I didn't finish, there was still a lot of story to go. But I just couldn't, and wasn't interested in finishing the story.
