Just gorgeous! Lovely writing, warm characters, a little magic and Glühwein...I couldn't ask for more! Well, maybe that the story was longer!
I liked this story with its setting in Dresden and lots of local details, from the city itself to the food and the local culture.
Daniel, a New York advertising executive, goes on foreign assignment to set up an office in Dresden, Germany. He runs into Dieter and is more drawn to him than he's ever been to another man. As they get to know each other they are both very carful to move slowly because they sense that there is more to their relationship than meets the eye.
A wonderful story with lots of Christmas detail and hope for a long term relationship.… (mehr)
