You know, I never should have requested this book. It's not fair to the author. I hated the first one but I thought hey maybe I'll get this one. Nope. Still not funny to me. I get it's satire and I get what she's trying to say but I just can't get into it. Oh well.

You know Babe Walker from the White Girl Problems book series. If you haven’t read those and you’ve grabbed this book at random it won’t be the same. If you have read that series then you know what to expect with Babe. She’s rich, spoiled, totally over the top in the most entertaining ways and puts herself first unless she randomly decides to help someone else.

This time Babe finds herself helping out a winery. Babe has no experience working at a winery but she has all the confidence in the world that her help is absolutely necessary.

Funny and over the top as always. There should be a physical copy of this book for sale because I could absolutely see it paired with a bottle of the White Girl wine.
Totally smart idea by the way, release a book about working at a winery after releasing your own wine. Very clever.

Anyway, this book was short but it was a good palate cleanser. I just finished a really heavy book and I wanted light and fun. You can always count on Babe to be entertaining.

This book is silly funny, just what you'd expect from a White Girl Problems book.
Babe is entertaining as ever and still barely likable.
There's probably a good person under there somewhere very deep.

This book had the possible craziest Babe moment ever but she had also grown up a bit by the end.

She found someone she connected with during her trip to Maryland. It's really hard to picture Babe anywhere other than CA, so it made for an interesting setting.

If you haven't read the other books, make sure to read the first.

Hilarious. I loved this book and thanks to the title, I've been quoting the line "white girl problems" ever since I read it.

Minus ★

WTF? SERIOUSLY?

Before you judge me.....................

Now let me tell you why I read this at all: I was in Mexico, stuck in an apartment, alone and I was Fkin'g DESPERATE for something to do..... so I had this book from the booksale (now left behind in the Mexico City Airport) and I read it!

This book SUCKS, it is so narcissistic and the characters are an odious lot of empty-headed a$$hats, with no redeeming qualities or saving graces.

The main character "Babe Walker" (who makes Chelsea Handler look completely sane) comes home from rehab, agrees to a small private party @ the Malibu Beach house. Her Fk'd up friends invited everyone & the Lakers......

Runs home.... Goes shopping.... Goes home.....Wakes to find a note from a "stalker" in black lipstick on the bathroom mirror.....

Runs to famous Hollywood hotel.... Goes shopping.... Meets & makes-up w/ ex. They fight... Note from stalker....

Runs to Paris..... Goes shopping Note from stalker

Runs to Greece w/ hot pick-up.... Gets taken for everything..... Goes shopping.....

Runs to Amsterdam...... Blah, blah, blah blah

Chapter after chapter......sos

The author is supposedly a very popular best read "blogger"... I wouldn't know, I don't care

Absolutely hilarious. I loved the humor in this book. As one reviewer on Amazon stated, it is a female, rich white girl version of Tucker Max's "I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell." The satire was fantastic and believable. Read this while the references within are still relevant!

Need a break from the real world? You can't get less real-world than Hollywood's Babe Walker, rebounding from her "memoir"-cum-best-seller in this sequel. Out of rehab (sort of), Babe collides with old loves, jaunts in and out of jet setting drama, and continues to set a new bar for narcissism. Good beach read! Okay, so let me just say that this novel is very unconventional. You can expect the unexpected with this one, but it's exactly what I adored in this tale by Babe Walker. From the Caribbean maid to the main character's wild trysts I couldn't contain my laughter. Looking forward to reading the next one!

hat is there to say about Babe Walker? She's self involved. Spoiled. Selfish. Vain. Extremely Rich. oh, and she's really ultra fashionable. Would I want to make her my Bestie? No. But as with most books of fiction, did I really want her to win; to overcome some huge life obstacle, and discover an inner strength? Sure. But there won't be any of that with this read bathed in expletives and raunchy sex.Please believe that Babe Walker exists only to be as outrageous and as pretentious as possible. And I was right there reading every line. It was my guilty pleasure, and it's my belief that Babe Walker's character represents at least some aspect in all of us; what we wish we could do or say---and get away with.

I was a fan of White Girl Problems, and now Madi Brown is a fan of Psychos.

I'm in the middle of this right now (white girl problems #15) and I find I'm still reading it simply because I spent money on the ebook. This chic is completely delusional and disgusting!! She makes me think this is what the teens from that MTV show "My Sweet 16" grew up to be like.
Obviously this character never had any limits or punishments as a child.
I hope I can finish it soon. I did want to like this book. I thought it would be funnier than it really is. Maybe this character should just stay in rehab for the rest of her life.
**update: Finished the book. Only redeemable thing I can find about this book was after I finished it I was able to see a beginning, middle and end. Book was still horrible. If you want an idea of the book, just watch #Rich Kids of Beverly Hills on E. Exact same concept. (Just happened to see it while flipping channels.)**

This book was such a light, fun read. It had me laughing out loud. I can't believe more people here haven't read/reviewed it. I'm big on exploring new books, and exploring my options. So, I ventured outside of my horror/suspense genre comfort zone, and read this for fun. I couldn't put it down. I adored it.
The main character is vapid, and shallow. There's really no plot, or story. Just a bunch of little stories she's telling to explain why her life is at the point it's at. The stories are hysterical though. If you're looking for a fun beach read, or something light and fun definitely pick this up.

Pros:
* I know these types of girls
* Great LA references
* Over-the-top

Cons:
* Not enough outfit sketches

This book is an awesome satirical look at life of a celebutant in LA. Easy, fun read that'll have you laughing constantly.

This book was recommended to me as a friend, and with a title like that how am I supposed to say no. It centers around a girl named Babe Walker, and her 'white girl problems'. Basically she's super rich, and spoiled, and she has issues stepping out into the real world. In the beginning I liked it, I thought it was funny, a light read. By the end I was so annoyed that someone spent their time, writing chapter after chapter of this fictional brat bitching about her life. If I could unread this, I would.

Chic/chick-lit at its finest. This book was hilarious and entertaining. Never a dull moment. There were some X rated scenes/language but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is marketed as a memoir but it's not really a memoir. This story was made up by two brothers and their friend. They did an excellent job telling the story of what a lot of privileged teens/young adults experience; from being spoiled since birth and ending up in rehab. I would recommend this book to anyone that does not offend easily, has a sense of humor, and a fashion sense! :)

What a wonderful book this is! I dont believe I've read anything like this before. From the very first sentence I was hooked! I loved the main character Babe Walker! She's the kind of girl you'll either love or hate. The entire book I was laughing, sometimes so much that I had tears streaming down my face and people staring at me like I was a crazy person! I kept reading people random excerpts! I love how Babe doesnt hold anything back or spare any feelings! Absolutely hysterical!!
