An interesting and fact-filled short introduction to ants and some of their many variations. This seems aimed at middle-schoolers, but it’s a fine read for adults as well. Lots of illustrations and some
information on groups that study every-day ants, adding to the store of knowledge about these helpful (mostly) creatures.

To call anything in this book "brilliant" is a long shot at best. There was nothing new, enlightening, or even remotely helpful for my personal situation.
