Jill Winters

A solid novel, but only 3 stars. Not enough to keep me engaged during all the distractions.

Caitlyn Rocket working at the local Big Clock newspaper, when there is a robbery at a local office. As a project her boss gives her the job of solving the crime with the opportunity to get a better office and a job reference.

Just too slow and didn't care much for any of the characters

Weak writing. Too much telling, very thinly disguised as showing in the first several chapters. Ended up skipping to the sex scenes, which weren't bad. Supposedly there was a murder mystery thrown in there somewhere, but I just couldn't get interested enough to find it.
