I always root for Carlo Marks, but not this time. His character is an idiot. And Robert Buckley proves it. Love Alexandra in Christmas around the Corner so I bought this. It's a different story with co-workers who first hate each other. Well, I guess it is more typical of Hallmark that I first realized but this time it works so well, mainly because of Buckley and Alexandra.

I need to say right up front that I am not a country music fan and didn't know who Alaina is. BUT I really loved this movie. Her sense of humor, the grandfather quotes, the voice and of course Tyler's smile. This movie really drew me in and kept me enthralled until the (too quick) ending. Great.

The movie starts out as a typical Hallmark plot with two 'old friends' arguing. But once the issue is resolved it quickly becomes something different. Polaha is asked to play the role of Scrooge in the community theater production of Christmas Carol. He is FANTASTIC. I love him in many, many movies, but his play within the movie will blow you away. This is not to be missed !

I always love a good movie about books and this one hits all the marks. Bethany Lenz is the reason I found this movie and I am so happy I did. She is fantatic.
