Authors live for reviews. When you win a book from the author on this excellent website, and the author requests a review, there is an implied contract. The author pays for the book and for the postage to get it to you and then he or she waits for a comment about it from you. In too many cases the book recipient doesn't bother to write one. Authors are somewhat insecure about their work, so when you win a book, remember to do your part.
