I have picked 10 books that represent some of my favorites as a means of testing the capabilities of the Library Thing system. Suffice it say, they don't represent my entire library or fully explain my intellectual life.

I am in my final semester of library school. I have heard about Library Thing for some time now, but finally joined it to do a software evaluation project for a class discussing social network sites. Yes, librarians care about things besides books these days!
