I am a married stay at home, homeschooling mom of two children. We live outside Austin, Texas, we moved here several years ago from Washington State, and we are loving life in Texas!

I grew up in libraries, my mother is a librarian, and our entire lives have been surrounded by books. We recently started a Little Free Library in our front yard! Its so much fun to spread the word about new books, and encourage reading in people of all ages.

Aside from regular mom duties, I am an avid fan of space history. I have read, and own, over 30 books by various astronauts, though my favorite periods are Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo eras. I work with a few NASA history groups, and enjoy sharing and learning with them. They are some of the brightest people I've ever known!

That all being said, I also enjoy travel humor books (Bill Bryson), beach reads, and the typical chic lit.
