I'm a kindergarten teacher and a reader of chick lit, which contributes to the bizarre mix on my library list. I am also getting into health and fitness and do a lot of personal growth exploration, which would explain the generous splattering of those topics as well. I'm not adverse to heavier topics or books- I just find that sometimes I want to read the words on the page, and not necessarily between the lines- I'm a literal person that way!

I was born and raised in Southern California, although I don't have the tattoo in the small of my back or an agent to prove it. I'm a midwestern girl at heart- I'm all about the little things in life, because I find they are more abundant than the big ones, anyways.
