I tend to get rid of books that I've read to make moving around easier, sacrilege I know to anyone who is a real book-nut and who will cart their hundreds or thousands of books around with them. What you'll find I keep are cult-stuff like my Disinfo books, Burroughs, and what I am studying currently.

I'm a grad student at Dalhousie in the Library Studies program. As much as reading is a part of my life, I'd have to say I'm more directed towards music, cinema and graphic novels as these are my major influences in life (being an aspiring screen-writer and artist). I'm also a spiritualist who's into esoteric philosophy, which you'll probably find apparent in my collection.
