This will be an evolving revelation. It's difficult to process and list a lifetime of reading. My favorite authors--those warm places you can always revisit-- are Wendell Berry, Annie Dillard, and J.D. Salinger.

An avid reader and, more recently, an award-winning author, for my debut novel "The Emma Caites Way". My new book, "The Gift of Guylaine Claire, was released July 1, 2012. It will appear formally in LibraryThing in August, when it goes to print.
It's summer, and reading slows down a little for me to make way for a serious gardening habit.
