I have pared my holdings considerably since I have access to so much in the library, but I keep a journal with comments on everything I read. I usually rate a title with a 5 star system and rate the first sentence as okay, good or poor.

I am a 50ish woman, an avid reader. I will read almost anything, so I consider myself a book slut! I work in a public/school library in a small rural community and enjoy reading children's and Young Adult literature as well as mainstream.
