Our Collection of book is consist of books about the U.S., reference titles, works of fiction, English language, business and government publications.

Lincoln Learning Center Herat is a partnership between the Public Affairs sections of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan and Herat Directorate of Information and Culture as the host institutions.

LC Herat provides access to current and reliable information about the U.S. via book collections, the Internet, and through local programming to the general public. The multi-media, books and periodical collections are open and accessible. Associated reading or meeting rooms is made available to host programs/events and activities (i.e. speaker programs, workshops, films, meetings, and exhibits).

LC Herat is consist of a collection of books in English including books about the U.S., reference titles, works of fiction, English language, business and government publications.
At our center we provide access to U.S. information through supervised Internet access, audio and video products, CDs, and CD-ROMS.
