I grew up on fairy tales and nursery rhymes. Charming princes on white horses, poisoned apples, witch's curses, and distant lands of enchantment were the silver lining in all my clouds of thought. Having a troublesome and often unhappy childhood, books and good stories kept me happy and kept me always wishing and hoping for good things. Eventually my pumpkin became a carriage and I was swept away to become a princess. Now if only I could find my way to Neverland so I wouldn't have to grow old.
