Snow Bear is a story about a little bear waking up from hibernating and going exploring for the first time ever. He runs into many different animals after he gets lost. A little girl then feeds him and takes him back to his mother.

This is an interesting book. It has the animals that are soft and a nice touch to the book. The story line could be considered somewhat predictable.

This book could be used to introduce snow and winter. It could also be used if the teacher was teaching about different textures in the class. ( )
