I was invited to this challenge by another member and think I'll give it a try. I'm going to go for the 10 x 5 option for a grand total of 50 books. I'm not going to give myself a start date until i figure out what books I'll be reading but right now I'm leaning towards a year or maybe a 2 year challenge but we will see :)

My catagories will be:

1. Paranormal Romance
2. Fantasy/Urban Fantasy
3. Young Adult
4. New to Me Authors
5. New to Me Series

Thanks, I'm hoping this challenge will get me out of this reading slump i've been in this month, so i'm trying to pick books that i'm really excited about reading :)

@ 4 -- That's really the best way to do a challenge like this. It's okay to pick a few "expand your horizons" books, but generally it's a good idea to pick books that you actually want to read!

5 Ya I agree, and i've joined up for the 12 in 12 challenge and I plan on really trying to read some different genres in that one so I want to just have fun with this one and then really buckle down in 2012 :)

I think I'll just then the chips fall where they may and choose my books at random from my current list of must have's, I always think it's great when you stumble on to that next great book to read.
