Agatha Christie wrote in her autobiography about her dislike of mysteries having a romantic subplot. Do you agree or disagree with her views?

I agree I like the subplot to be a twist in the story.

I rather like the romantic aspect of The Secret Adversary and Why Didn't They Ask Evans. The romances aren't the focus of the stories, but they add interest to the interactions between the main characters.

I would like to see more women as murderesses without a man helping them. There may well be, and perhaps I haven't read that many, but women are capable of just as many heinous as men, and a few where the culprit isn't caught with a few lose ends for the reader to have to figure out and tie up themselves. This is the way I was thinking about it ..

I can't think offhand of any Christie mystery where a woman murderer is being "helped" by a man.
